App Design and Development

As part of the pharmacy-driven medication adherence program we developed with our client, we created an iPad app for patient and pharmacist use.

The app consisted of a brief patient assessment that determined the top 3 reasons a patient may not take his or her medication.

Then it presented the pharmacist with a patient profile and a series of interventions that could be shared with the patient each time they visited the pharmacy, or printed for the patient to take home.
